4 month personal plan
The steps we will take together
We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to get to know each other and decide if we’re the right fit to work together. Once you join the programme, you’ll receive an in-depth intake form, which we’ll discuss in your first session. This session sets the foundation for your journey, helping us identify where change needs to start and what will make the biggest difference in your life.
Over the next 2 months, we meet weekly for one-hour sessions. The process is organic and intuitive – we address the different themes that arise at present in your life and explore how they relate to your well-being. Each session helps you build awareness and discover new ways to support your own needs, strengthen self-care, and create sustainable habits. Between sessions, you can reach out via voice notes for guidance, support, or questions.
In the final month, we meet bi-weekly to give you space to implement the knowledge, insights, and habits you’ve gained. Voice note support remains available. This phase helps solidify your transformation, ensuring that the changes stick and you leave the programme with tools to continue thriving independently.
